Senior Application Support Engineer – Fenergo AMS

  • 8+ years in application support, production support, or AMS roles in financial services
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Fenergo CLM/KYC platform
  • Solid knowledge of KYC/AML processes for institutional clients
  • Proficiency in API integrations, SQL for diagnostics, and job monitoring tools
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong ITIL and ITSM process knowledge (certification preferred)
  • Very good English skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Fenergo configuration (rules engine, workflows, UI)
  • Knowledge of financial data domains (LEI, UBO, sanctions)
  • Familiarity with Splunk, AppDynamics or similar tools

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Application Support Engineer – Fenergo AMS (L1/L2) position and participate in our cliens' up-and-coming fin-tech project.

You can expect:

  • Act as a senior escalation point for L1/L2 incidents and complex service requests
  • Oversee triage, diagnosis, and resolution of issues across Fenergo and integrated systems
  • Lead problem management and root cause analysis for recurring incidents
  • Support deployment validation, environment refreshes, and patch rollouts
