The Colleague Relationship Service (CRS) is a foundational service that enhances security across Tesco by ensuring colleagues have the appropriate level of access to data and actions. It consolidates and standardises colleague data, making it available via modern REST APIs to support secure, real-time access decisions across Tesco applications.
