Szukamy Pythonowca-komandosa, który:

  • ma bardzo dobrą znajomość Pythona (od prostych skryptów po web serwisy).
  • potrafi szybko sklejać rozwiązania na sznurkach, hakować API i dowozić
    działające prototypy w kilka dni – a nie w kilka sprintów,
  • nie boi się researchu i nieznanego,
  • szuka najprostszego skutecznego rozwiązania,
  • bierze ownership – jak dostanie temat, to dowozi, a nie czeka na roadmapę,
  • jest proaktywny – woli zapytać „czy mogę to odpalić jutro?”, niż „czy mogę to zaplanować w kwartale Q4”.
  • Nie interesuje nas over-engineering i wielomiesięczne projekty. Liczy się efekt, szybkość i spryt.
