AI Product Owner for Microsoft

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, ML, or data-driven solutions in a business operations context.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure Agentic AI services, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  
• Strong grasp of Agentic AI principles, including autonomy, goal-oriented decision-making, multi-step planning, adaptability, and multi-agent coordination.
  
• Proven skills in offering and commercial management, including deal shaping, market feedback interpretation, and data-driven decision-making.
  
• Familiarity with core AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and their applications across industries.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and business domains.
  
• Experience managing product backlogs and delivering value through prioritized development.
  
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align Agentic AI capabilities to specific business challenges and value creation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have: 

• Entrepreneurial experience (software industry) or prior role as a startup manager.
  
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  
• Certification in software product management (Microsoft AI Product Management certification preferred). 
  
• Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO).
  
• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  
• Awareness of Agentic AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
  
• Experience using AI tools for ideation, trend analysis, and identifying unmet customer needs.

YOUR ROLE

As the AI Product Owner for Microsoft, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of Agentic AI solutions built on Microsoft technologies. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision and roadmap, translating business goals into actionable features that deliver measurable value. This role is central to aligning AI capabilities with enterprise objectives, ensuring that autonomous AI agents are not only technically robust but also commercially viable and ethically sound.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to bring intelligent systems to life. Your responsibilities will span from defining agent functionality and go-to-market strategy to optimizing offerings and integrating them into broader business value propositions. Throughout the product lifecycle, you will champion responsible AI development, ensuring compliance, user-centric design, and alignment with industry best practices.
