Technical skills: 4+ years of experience as a Business, System, or Functional Analyst; Proven experience in writing User Stories, Use Cases, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, system diagrams, and wireframes; Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); Knowledge of SQL; Knowledge of UML and BPMN; Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation (e.g., system specifications, interface descriptions, data flow diagrams, release notes); Understanding of key UX/UI practices and design processes; Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC); English at C1 (Advanced) level or higher. Soft skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; Proactive and solution-oriented approach; Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to keep the overall business and technical context in mind; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing BA work across multiple stakeholders and projects; Strong time-management and multitasking abilities. Nice to have: Experience in the retail industry, especially with POS or self-checkout systems; Experience with fiscal, accounting, or ERP systems (e.g., integrations with fiscal printers, invoicing, tax reporting); Experience in large-scale system integration projects; Understanding of regulatory or compliance requirements related to fiscal data management.
