Desired Skills & Experience Proven Track Record as a Tech Lead or Lead Developer (minimum 3 years). Expertise in Core Technologies – Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres. AI/GenAI Proficiency – Experience integrating or developing AI-driven solutions using frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain, CrewAI or similar. Expertise in Software Architecture – You know how to design, debug, and fine-tune complex systems. Strong Leadership & Communication Skills – You excel at motivating teams and relaying technical details clearly. Fluency in English (verbal and written). Your Role as a Tech Lead As our Tech Lead, you’ll manage a team of 7 medior to senior full-stack developers within our forward-thinking AI Team. You’ll also collaborate with Solution architects (though they won’t be your direct reports).
