  • Prior experience in leading discussions, public speaking, teaching activities. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills: sociability, sensitivity, empathy, and the ability to establish effective communication with diverse individuals.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and embrace challenges.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Genuine interest in human behavior and psychology.
