Technical Business Analyst @ ITDS

You're ideal for this role if you have: 5+ years’ experience in software delivery within banking, finance, or fintech sectors  Strong experience working in DevOps environments with tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines  Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Nexus/Sonatype  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis  Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management  Proven ability to work independently with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset  Solid understanding of IT controls, governance, and best practices  Experience documenting, mapping, and analysing business processes  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word  Familiarity with database concepts and data analysis  It is a strong plus if you have: Experience with large matrix organizations and cross-functional project delivery  Exposure to monitoring and logging tools for performance management  Previous experience with M&A, system integrations, or divestiture projects  Ability to speak or read in additional languages  Join us, and shape the future of digital transformation in finance Kraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office).
