Platform Engineer @ ITDS

You’re ideal for this role if you have: Strong proficiency in Java (preferably Java 21 or later) Hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL Solid understanding of ReactJS and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments Familiarity with software design principles and RESTful API development Proven ability to collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams Knowledge of internal developer and hosting platforms Strong SQL skills for query optimization and data manipulation Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities Clear communication skills and attention to detail in technical documentation It is a strong plus if you have: Experience working in large enterprise environments within the financial sector Previous exposure to internal deployment systems such as MSS or DHP Understanding of control analysis and compliance frameworks Basic knowledge of Linux for server and application operations Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and containerization tools Experience optimizing performance across full-stack applications Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of security best practices for web and backend applications Ability to contribute to architectural discussions and platform evolution Experience mentoring junior developers or supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives Join us, and build innovative platforms powering global financial transformation Kraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office).
