3+ years of experience in eCommerce product management, preferably in footwear, apparel, or other high-consideration retail categories Experience managing people or leading project teams Excellent English, sufficient for cross-departmental internal negotiations Willingness to travel to the US (up to 2 trips per year) Independence and accountability – this is a decision-making role, not a coordinator position Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytical tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) Nice to have: retail experience and familiarity with omnichannel environments or premium/luxury D2C brands. We’re looking for a growth-oriented eCommerce Product Manager to join our close-knit international team. We co-create the eCommerce platform for Lucchese — the most iconic Western brand in the world, with over 140 years of heritage and traditional craftsmanship.
