To succeed in this role, you should have: Minimum 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, with at least 3 years focused on ITOM architecture. Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale ITOM solutions. Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM suite (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB). Strong understanding of ITIL, CMDB architecture, and service mapping methodologies. Hands-on experience with infrastructure integrations, API design, and event correlation. Familiarity with cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices. Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification (ITOM specialization preferred). Experience with infrastructure monitoring and automation tools. Nice to have: Proficiency in English (C1/C2); other European languages are a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience with cloud operations, DevOps automation, and AI/ML-driven monitoring tools.
