Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – HRSD preferred. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development. Familiarity with integrations to HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. English proficiency at C1/C2 level; other European languages are a plus.
