  • At least 5 years of experience in release management or related roles within software development and deployment environments
  • Strong understanding of release management best practices, change management, and incident management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a strong track record of working effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (at least basic knowledge)
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both spoken & written, at least C1
  • Residing in Poland required

As a Release Manager, you will take ownership of release management and coordination of release activities across the Platform Product Development section in Global Development organization. You will work closely with development, operations, and product teams to streamline the release process, minimize risks, and ensure that new features and updates are deployed efficiently.
