Advanced Jira Key User Capabilities:
  • Experience in task and sprint management
  • Creation and modification of filters, rich filters, dashboards
  • Understanding of addon interactions
  • Proficiency in JQL
Jira Administration Expertise:
  • Hands-On experience with creation/maintenance of project templates including issue types, screens, fields, permissions, and associated schemes
  • Experience with data migrations
  • Configuration management across multi-tiered environments (Dev, Stage, Production)

We're looking for a Jira Developer and Key User to support Engineering team. You'll work in a global environment, customizing Jira to meet internal process needs, collaborating across international teams, and supporting EU-based users. If you enjoy scripting, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic, cross-functional setup - this role is for you.

Availability:

  • Overlap with U.S. working hours (work until 6 PM CET preferred)
  • Occasional late-hour support for deployments
