You need to be ready to dive into product requirements, challenge them where necessary, proactively look for solutions and improvements and work together with other team members to create a product that genuinely improve people’s lives. ‍ A few things that will help you succeed in this role: Around 3+ years of experience in back-end development (bonus points for Golang, but if you know other languages and want to switch, that’s great too) Experience with testing and SQL A good understanding of security best practices Strong English skills It’s also great if you’ve worked with PostgreSQL, or have some familiarity with Machine Learning, AI, or NLP in medicine/health.
