About the Project:

This project aims to design and implement a system that will enable university employees to access and analyze student-related data in a more straightforward and efficient way. The solution is intended to bridge the gap between complex data structures and non-technical users by providing a controlled, conversational interface that simplifies querying their data lake.

  • Client meetings are scheduled in the afternoons (around 3pm PL time).

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements from data analysts, department heads, and senior management to determine what data our system should provide to end users. You will work closely with business stakeholders across departments to define data needs, prioritize feature requirements, and ensure our data agent delivers meaningful insights that support decision-making.

As part of our project team, you will collaborate daily with specialists from data engineering, backend development, ML implementation, and business analysis areas. Additionally, you will support a ML engineer in preparing test cases.

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can effectively extract critical information from stakeholders and ensure nothing important is overlooked in the requirements gathering process.
