Senior Business Analyst @

WE EXPECT FROM YOU 

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product development 
• Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools 
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies 
• Proven success working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, initiating new projects and adapting to change 
• Experience in managing and refining product requirements and backlogs 
• Familiarity with AI-based products and related technologies 
• Excellent documentation skills for user stories, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications 
• Familiar with API documentation (Swagger, etc.) 
• Experience working with various data sources and data structures Ability to manage solution scope, identify dependencies, and resolve conflicting requirements 
• Proficiency in UML, Use Case diagrams, and User Flows 
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Advanced English (both spoken and written) 

WOULD BE A PLUS 

• Experience working in startup environments 
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR) 
• Background in cybersecurity or security-focused digital products 
• Any Business Analyst or Product Owner certification

PROJECT 

Our Customer is a US-based startup which is dedicated to transforming enterprise productivity through its highly-contextual, multimodal AI assistant. Designed as a Swiss Army knife for every employee, the AI assistant streamlines a wide array of daily workflows, encompassing everything from expense reporting and meeting coordination to efficient information retrieval and intelligent task automation. At the heart of the product is a commitment to enterprise-grade security. 

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help shape the future of a cutting-edge AI product with a strong security focus. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Management team, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate high-level business needs into actionable user stories and detailed specifications. 

You'll be working on an ambitious, technically challenging project using a modern stack including MCP, Node.js, Next.js, Electron, AWS/GCP, Lambdas, and Rust.
