Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in project finance, investment management, or strategic business development Experience with feasibility studies, financial modelling, and securing investment funding Experience with structuring RFPs, evaluating bids, and contract negotiation Ability to work across technical and financial disciplines, integrating project execution with financial oversight Experience with regulatory requirements, contract negotiation, and due diligence Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Fluency in both English and Polish is mandatory Advanced Excel proficiency and financial modeling software knowledge (e.g., VBA, Power BI, or SQL). The ideal candidate is someone with experience in consulting, investment boutiques, funds, or internal strategic/investment teams, with at least 3 years of professional experience in this field and a strong motivation for further development.  Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning & Investment Strategy: Develop and manage financial models to assess project viability and long-term profitability Research and help secure external funding such as grants and subsidies Implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability Align financial planning with group’s finance department, ensuring integration with broader company objectives 2. Business Development:      Create business models and comprehensive business plans to guide new ventures Identify market opportunities and conduct risk assessments 3.
