Human Resources Specialist @ Silent Eight

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations (preferably in an international or fast-scaling startup environment). Proven experience in recruitment for tech roles (ideally in startups or scale-ups). Strong knowledge of HR processes: recruitment, payroll/salary reviews, feedback cycles, and compliance. Experience handling sensitive documentation (IDs, background checks, compliance requests). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Polish is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) is a plus. High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
