Nice to haves: Prior experience through internships or student programs in banking, financial services, Big4, or FinTech start-ups or 2nd line support within the FinTech or financial systems environment are valued Evidence of tech or finance enthusiasm – e.g. exposure to basic coding, interest in crypto, or work with system configuration. Familiarity with ticketing systems or working with QA/Development teams. Experience in an international or fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills – outcome-oriented mindset. Currently, we are looking for a Junior Software Configuration Analyst to join our team and support our international client in the FinTech industry, a global provider of advanced regulatory and client lifecycle management solutions for the financial sector. This position combines analytical thinking with hands-on configuration work in a modern financial software environment.
