The Essentials We're Seeking A degree or ongoing studies in Economics, Finance, Banking, or related fields – solid understanding of the financial world is key. Excellent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken – as the role involves direct interaction with international teams and clients. Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex matters clearly and concisely. Interest in technology and FinTech, with an open attitude toward working with IT tools and configuration tasks. Analytical mindset – precision, problem-solving skills, and the ability to break down complex requirements. Proactive and curious attitude, eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Nice to haves: Prior experience through internships or student programs in banking, financial services, Big4, or FinTech start-ups or 2nd line support within the FinTech or financial systems environment are valued Evidence of tech or finance enthusiasm – e.g. exposure to basic coding, interest in crypto, or work with system configuration. Familiarity with ticketing systems or working with QA/Development teams. Experience in an international or fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills – outcome-oriented mindset. This position combines analytical thinking with hands-on configuration work in a modern financial software environment.
