  • Management responsibilities through subordinate managers performing diverse activities (cross discipline e.g. Finance, Technology, Banking).

In this role you will support the IRR Programme Director for Europe to deliver the programme outcomes. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Regulatory Reporting Remediation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on improving the quality, accuracy, and traceability of regulatory returns while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements for EBA prudential returns, reporting production processes, risk assessment, and remediation techniques to identify and address data and process control gaps.

,[Regulatory Return review: Analyse and review the processes for preparing regulatory returns, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements., Issue remediation: Investigate reporting errors, identify root causes, and lead remediation efforts to prevent recurrence., Process mapping and optimisation: Map and analyse reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and control gaps and recommend improvements., Design and implement control uplifts to reduce the risk in the Regulatory reporting process, working closely with BAU teams., Collaborate with Data teams to enable them to document data lineage for Regulatory reporting processes. Track and document remediation plans, including corrective action follow-ups. , Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with business teams, data owners, and technology teams to align on reporting requirements and remediation plans., Manage Risks, Issues & Dependencies and escalate as required., Provide programme and project support where required across a range of tasks according to the programme needs including: managing issues as they arise, coordinating across different teams, ensuring activity is prioritised and decisions understood, input into briefing papers and updates for a range of forums. Support target operating model work to ensure that the improved control environment is sustainably embedded into BAU.
