,[Work directly with customers to define business problems, translate those problems into a set of well-defined data science use cases with quantifiable success criteria, as well as architect/develop solutions centered around dotData products, Be a trusted advisor to our customers, providing consultations on the best practices of data science and related technology fields. Advise customers in new use case discovery and the expansion of dotData footprint in customer's analytics landscape. Responsible for the continued success of our customers with dotData products, Collect customer feedback and work with product/engineering teams to incorporate them into the product development process, while addressing customer requests in a strategic manner, Conduct benchmarking analysis using open source datasets and explore new techniques for product improvement.
