Ideally you have: At least 2 years of QA experience Solid understanding of QA process Ability to design effective and efficient test cases and test scenarios for complex software applications Ability to identify and prioritize testing activities based on risk analysis Ability to contribute to the development of a comprehensive test strategy for the software application Ability to identify and suggest process improvements to streamline testing, improve test coverage, and increase testing efficiency Willingness to continuously learn new technologies, testing tools, and testing methodologies to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices Good analytical skills Knowledge and skills to work in agile environment Knowledge of various software testing techniques and methods, as well as experience applying them B2 and higher level of both spoken and written English Nice to have: Experience working with programming languages and tools commonly used in software development, such as SQL, Unix, or scripting languages like Python Knowledge of automated testing tools, including experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or other similar tools to test the performance, scalability, and reliability of software applications Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and deployment process Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or other similar tools to create and manage test cases, test suites, and test runs Experience working with the popular cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP and others) Quality Management Division The QM division has 2 streams (QA and SDET), which gives the opportunity to grow both technically and as a manager. There’s a possibility to switch from manual testing to automatization, with the help of almost 200 experienced colleagues.
