About the Role

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who’s obsessed with getting things right. As part of our PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) Customer Delivery team in Warsaw, you won’t just test software - you’ll be a key voice in delivering reliable, scalable solutions to our enterprise clients. This is your chance to step into a high-impact role where you’ll help catch issues before users ever see them, drive continuous quality improvement, and act as the final gatekeeper for customer-ready platform features.

You’ll work closely with engineers, product delivery managers, and business analysts to ensure our releases are rock-solid and our client experiences flawless. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory test cases.
  • Collaborate with engineers and analysts to review requirements and define acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, log, and track defects; communicate risks and gaps clearly.
  • Maintain test documentation and support UAT with customer delivery teams.
  • Support creation and management of automated test suites where applicable.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tooling, and reporting.
  • Advocate for quality across all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
