YOUR PROFILE
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical application operations or application support
  • Solid understanding of application infrastructure, ITIL processes, and RUN activities
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux or Windows Server operating systems
  • Practical knowledge of middleware technologies, such as: MFT (Managed File Transfer), Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss
  • Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, including: Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as: Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Dynatrace
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL), including standalone and clustered environments
