About the Role

">
  • Translate complex hospital operational needs into structured documentation (Epics, Features, User Stories, technical stories, and spikes).
  • Lead process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Support stakeholders in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), proactively addressing identified gaps.
  • Effectively manage incidents through identification, prioritization, documentation, and resolution to ensure minimal operational disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster effective communication among stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Apply elements of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including Agile Release Train (ART) practices, PI planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and adherence to agile methodologies.

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer in IT;
  • Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in all business analysis process development phases, including elicitation, decomposition, modeling, documentation, traceability, prioritization, and change management;
  • Proven experience in effective backlog management;
  • Significant experience with Agile methodologies;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Level of English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal);
  • Strong technical background;
  • System thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge and practical application of elements within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
