You are the right person for the role if you:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a Shared Services or multinational environment
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting principles
  • Exposure to financial statement preparation and audit coordination
  • Understanding of US GAAP standards
  • Ability to analyze and reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong collaboration skills – ability to work effectively across different teams and time zones
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a hands-on approach to daily tasks
  • Good command of English (minimum B2/C1 level)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (essential); experience with Oracle and Hyperion is an advantage
  • Availability to start immediately

Location: Kraków
Office attendance: 2 days per week
Start date: preferably May 5
Type of contract: employment contract or B2B for one year with the possibility of extension to a permanent role
