  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to utilize sales techniques with clients for active sales.
  • Proven ability to proactively use social networks to build company authority and acquire/maintain customer relationships.
  • Experience in building presentations and summarizing team results.

As a Sales Team Leader reporting to the Sales Manager your purpose will be to effectively manage the subordinate team by motivating them, setting goals, and properly evaluating their work to achieve the company's established results. Additionally promoting and selling Booksy products in accordance with company guidelines while maintaining and expanding the customer base. Within your task will be also creating processes to improve collaboration between the Sales team and other teams within the organization.
