Nice-to-haves: Proactiveness in problem solver with a strong business mindset Familiarity with backup, storage, or data protection technologies About the role As a Team Lead at Keepit, you’ll manage a team of 5–8 engineers, overseeing delivery, performance, and team growth while nurturing talent. In this role, you’ll be driving innovation, shaping architecture, and promoting engineering best practices across the team.
