Position competencies 

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, working on projects of varying scale and complexity
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking: from research and workshops, through wireframes and prototypes, to polished interfaces for web and mobile apps
  • Expert knowledge of Figma, including design systems, libraries, and collaboration features
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and proven experience in creating, maintaining, and evolving design systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while keeping quality standards
  • Capable of leading design initiatives independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Innovative problem-solver with user-centered thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (min. B2/C1) 

Nice to have 

  • Agile development process experience 
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS web technologies 
  • Experience with tools such as Axure, Framer, Webflow 
  • Experience in facilitating workshops with clients and stakeholders
