We're Minimum Code, a software development agency helping founders build mobile and web apps fast. We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who loves their craft and wants to take full ownership of design at our company. Someone who is motivated, fast, and full of initiative. You'll shape products that are a joy to use, while working directly with clients and our team

This is a full-time role (40h per week), fully remote, and you'll collaborate in English with our international team spread across Austria, Poland, the UK, and Ukraine.

What you'll do

  • Translate client requirement needs into sitemaps, user flows and wireframes
  • Create responsive, high-fidelity designs in Figma for website, web apps and mobile apps
  • Communicate directly with clients in English to understand needs and share ideas
  • Collaborate with developers for smooth design-to-build handoff
  • (Bonus) Go beyond apps: contribute with brand guides, logos, animations, and graphics
