1+ year of experience as Affiliate Manager / Business Development Manager in affiliate marketing. Strong English skills (B2+); other languages are a plus. Solid understanding of CPL/CPA/RevShare models and verticals. Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships. Results-oriented mindset and ability to work with KPIs.
