  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work with KPIs.

As an Affiliate Manager at Appstinum OÜ, you will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with publishers and advertisers worldwide. Your role is to grow our partner network, monitor traffic quality and performance (EPC, CR, ROI), and ensure that our campaigns deliver consistent results. We are looking for someone proactive and strategic, who knows how to negotiate, close deals, and drive growth. Our team works fully remotely, values flexibility, and is always adapting to industry changes to exceed our partners’ expectations.
