Who you are:

  • 5+ years of combined experience in software architecture, engineering, operations, and product ownership/management in SaaS, cloud-native, or internet-scale environments, with education in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of AWS and its ecosystem (e.g., IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS), with hands-on experience in CI/CD practices, GitOps workflows, and tools like GitLab, ArgoCD, and Terraform.
  • Skilled in leading technical discussions around DevOps, platform engineering, and software delivery; knowledgeable in DevSecOps and integrating security into the development pipeline.
  • Experience working with complex toolchains and environments using Grafana, Splunk, Vault, and container orchestration solutions.
  • Fluent in English, familiar with Agile (Scrum or SAFe), experienced in backlog management and iterative delivery; able to manage product delivery in regulated environments and understands compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, HITRUST); healthcare domain experience is a strong plus.

You’re an accomplished Engineer or Senior Engineer in Cloud or platform technologies, with hands-on experience as DevOps, Cloud Engineer, System Reliability Engineer, Technical Leader, or Architect. As TPO for the Cloud Secure Account Management team, you will shape a strategic product that provides secure and compliant AWS environments for our digital applications — accelerating innovation while keeping patient data safe.
