We are looking for an experienced person for the position of Leasing Manager for The Shire - one of Devire Group's companies, which specializes in managing co-working spaces. 

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the leasing process within the designated centres.
  • Implement effective leasing strategies to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue generation.
  • Conduct thorough onboarding processes for new members, providing a seamless experience.
  • Manage a transactional, revenue-generating team, achieving revenue through desk sales, ancillary revenue, and other The Shire products.
  • Prepare tailored offers for prospective clients.
  • Maintaining relationships with real estate agents
