We are looking for a dynamic individual with: Min 3 years’ experience in Project Management and proven track of Transition Management projects delivery. Experience in Project Management (project management certification will be an asset) and proven track of projects/programs delivery. Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, supported by delivering projects in given area. Excellent communication skills. Ensure effective communication between key stakeholders groups for each transition (Project Team, Function Leadership, Local site management, GBS Management, GBS Knowledge Transfer Teams). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent Presentation skills (developing and delivering). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluent English and French.
