You’ll work closely with a skilled engineering team and contribute to the design, optimization, and stability of blockchain services running on Solana. The role offers a high degree of flexibility – you can work hybridly from our Prague office or fully remotely, depending on your preference. Your responsibilities will include: ►    Acting as a technical lead and subject matter expert in Solana infrastructure. ►    Designing, optimizing, and maintaining decentralized systems and network components. ►    Collaborating with developers to improve performance, monitoring, and automation of infrastructure. ►    Troubleshooting production issues and driving continuous reliability improvements. ►    Staying up to date with blockchain and Web3 technologies and sharing best practices with the team. ►    Conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, mentoring, and contributing to internal documentation.
