ServiceNow Administrator II @ Jamf

3 years or more of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role (Required). Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, Sec Ops) (Required). Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and configuration (Required). Familiarity with ITIL framework and its implementation in ServiceNow (Required). Understanding of system integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP (Required). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (Preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Working knowledge of Jira or similar system (Preferred). Mentor other specialists: drive and enforce standards, tools, and methodologies. Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and constantly complete time sensitive tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) (Required). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification (Required). Additional ServiceNow certifications (Implementation or management of modules). A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered. What you’ll do at Jamf: At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work.  As part of an agile scrum team, the ServiceNow Admin II will work closely to refine and prioritize user stories, and work with the team and other technical contributors to support feature delivery and help Jamf achieve its business objectives. They will be a subject matter expert for specific areas of the platform, working closely with business stakeholders to drive system efficiency and standardization across the platform. They will be primarily responsible or managing the day-to-day incidents and troubleshooting with the platform. This role is offered as a remote in Poland.
