We are inviting an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing business requirements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and development teams. You will be working on a trading platform, actively contributing to the development of an advanced trading bot and other fintech solutions. Your insights will help shape efficient, scalable, and innovative products in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency and algorithmic trading.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to optimize processes in fintech and cryptocurrency trading.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Work with open-source code, researching and implementing best practices to improve trading algorithms and automation.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors and industry trends.
  • Prepare clear and structured documentation, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Visualize data and create interactive dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, fintech, or cryptocurrency projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proficiency in creating business process diagrams, user flows, and technical documentation.
  • Understanding trading platforms, financial markets, and trading strategies is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, databases, and system architectures.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in algorithmic trading, market-making, or high-frequency trading (HFT).
  • Knowledge of SQL or basic scripting for data analysis.
  • Background in UX research or usability testing for financial applications.
