What you need to have to succeed in this role Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related areas. Strong grasp and understanding of fundamental data modelling concepts such as entity-relationship modelling, data flow diagrams, and the ability to create conceptual data models from business requirements. Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation. Ability to interpret complex datasets and generate business insights. Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively. Knowledge of financial services or risk analytics (preferred).
