What we’re looking for: 

  • 4+ years of experience in product/UX/UI design (ideally in SaaS/B2B) with a strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and high-quality UI execution.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills – ability to understand customer needs, spot gaps in solutions, and recognize the impact of design decisions on the system as a whole.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy with an eye for detail and consistency.
  • Experience collaborating closely with developers, testers, and product managers, co-creating solutions to complex problems and taking responsibility for proposed designs.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills - comfortable working with stakeholders, balancing different needs, being assertive when necessary, and not being overly protective of your designs.
  • Ability to manage your own work and projects with autonomy - taking initiative when needed.
  • Curiosity about how the product works under the hood and how users interact with it in real-world scenarios.
  • Comfortable balancing speed and quality - knowing when to go deep and when to ship fast.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools).
  • Excellent Polish and English communication skills (C1 level) - working with an international team daily, occasionally including direct customer conversations.


Bonus points for: 

  • Experience designing for technical or enterprise products
  • Exposure to product management, business strategy, or analytics
  • Proactive curiosity in discovering and experimenting with new tools and approaches, such as generative AI and design automation
  • Familiarity with front-end implementations (CSS, templates, components, design systems)

About the role 

We’re looking for a versatile Product Designer who blends UX and UI expertise with strong business and product thinking. You’ll collaborate not only with Product and Engineering, but also with Customer Support, Marketing, and other teams to design new features and refine the user experience. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll balance design ambitions with practical constraints and directly shape the future of our product as part of a growing team.
