Program Manager

Based in Szczecin, Poland. Proven experience as Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Account Manager in software services. Strong background in embedded systems, HMI or software engineering projects. Excellent client relationship management skills, with ability to operate at executive level. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Financial and commercial awareness: managing budgets, margins, and contracts. Strong organizational and communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written). Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and balance delivery with business growth. This person will focus on building and developing client accounts, managing relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of software programs.
