• Seasoned technology leader with rich experience of leading consultancy and engineering teams, supporting a group of platforms / services comprised of a mix of technologies and tools.
• Extensive experience in Endpoint protection, cybersecurity, and risk management within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully developing, delivery and implementing large scale global Endpoint protection strategies & programmes.
   Customer centric consultancy approach with experience in delivering large scale transformation.
• Strong understanding of Endpoint protection controls, regulation, and compliance requirements on a global scale.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across industry, academia and government to solve complex cybersecurity problems.
• Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles, global financial services business models, as well as regional compliance standards, relevant local regulations, and applicable laws.
• Experienced in owning a capability, technology or platform together with the responsibilities associated with running a team of up to 20 individuals.
• Influences beyond his/her department, leads transformation initiatives to change behaviours and mindset which makes the bank better.
• Experience working in a highly regulated, large multi-national environment.
• Reliant and adaptive to changing situations, with strong desire to delegate and empower the team.
• Understanding and knowledge of common industry cyber security frameworks, standards and methodologies
• Experience working within Cloud, SaaS and emerging cloud use-cases for web/mobile and enterprise companies

,[Cybersecurity Technology and Engineering is responsible for fielding solutions that help defend Bank against a wide range of threats to the business as well as its customers, clients, partners, and staff.  The team works in concert, with partner teams across Bank, to implement novel defensive capabilities that are effective and adaptable against a constantly evolving threat landscape.  , The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of Cybersecurity Technology & Engineering projects. Ensuring that the initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and on budget, whilst aligning with the CTE's security strategy, controls and governance.  Project Planning and Coordination. o Defines project scope, goals, milestones and timelines. o Develops detailed project plans, tasks, milestones and resource allocation. o Coordinates with all internal and external stakeholders, including vendors. o Has a good working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile., Risk Management o Identifies potential risks in the plans and reports effectively. o Collaborates with colleagues to mitigate risks, including Control Owners o Follows control guidelines to minimise potential vulnerabilities, Team Leadership & Communication o Leads cross functional teams. o Facilitates all stakeholders to ensure alignment on the project goals. o Serves as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders., Budget & Resource Management] Requirements: Stakeholder management, Cybersecurity, risk management, Security, Cloud, SaaS Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Free coffee.
