Overview

This is a leadership position responsible for coordinating multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead multiple packaging artwork projects from inception to completion;
  • Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams including marketing, design, R&D, regulatory, supply chain and external stakeholders such as agencies, printers, and suppliers;
  • Define clear objectives and deliverables for each project ensuring timely completion;
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, design, or project management;
  • At least 3 years of experience in artwork management, packaging, printing and digital assets or project management within a CPG or FMCG environment;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira is essential for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress;
  • Familiarity with artwork and design software is beneficial but not required;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and verbal skills are essential for collaboration with global and local stakeholders.
