Essential Skills and Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software development. Deep, hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including declarative and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura). Experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) and its core features (e.g., Household data model, Action Plans, Life Events, Financial Accounts). Understanding of contact center technologies and experience integrating them with Salesforce. Strong knowledge of integration patterns (API-led connectivity, pub/sub, request/response) and data transformation. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms. Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, FSC Accredited Professional). Experience in the financial services industry.
