- Willingness to work hybrid from Kraków office (1/week) We are also open to negotiating remote work options (Poland).
- Readiness for an equivalent working time system. Our team will work 24/7, with shift hours depending on the employer's needs. At the moment and soon, these will be between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Shifts are usually 8 hours long. In the future, there may also be evening/night shifts, but at the moment, this part of the shift is already covered by currently employed staff.
