YOUR PROFILE

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, functional consulting, or business analytics.
• Deep expertise in C2C, P2P, and R2A processes, with a strong understanding of blueprint methodologies.
• Proven track record in advanced analytics, data visualization, and insight delivery.
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with C2C, P2P, and R2A or similar blueprint frameworks.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Data Science, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Exposure to AI/ML applications in business process optimization.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Advanced Insights to lead data-driven transformation across key enterprise value streams: Concept to Commercialization (C2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Analyze (R2A). This role is critical in enabling intelligent decision-making, operational excellence, and blueprint-driven transformation across global functions.
