What you need to have to succeed in this role Proven experience of successful operational management, utilizing relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery  Experience in IT Service Management, ITIL methodologies mostly in the area of Service Continuity, Change and Incident Management. Strong product knowledge including knowledge of past working experience (hands-on experience) on Data Discovery and Encryption technologies. Experience on one of the products is beneficial: ProtegritySymantec/Broadcom Data Discovery, eritas Data Insight or similar products in the market Strong understanding and knowledge of common industry cyber security frameworks, standards and methodologies, including, EU data security and privacy acts, CIS and NIST standards. Minimum of 4/5 years Cyber or IT experience would be beneficial  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to communicate technical topics to diverse audiences. Strong decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one.
