,[Gather information about the current solution through stakeholder meetings, documentation analysis, and assessment of business requirements, impact, and criticality , Identify and mitigate migration risks related to workloads performance and availability , Design architecture in Azure, including components such as Virtual Machines, VNets, NSGs, SQL databases, Firewall rules, monitoring, backups, and high availability configurations , Validate architectural templates with the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team and application owners , Deploy the architecture in Azure Plan migration windows and prepare Change Requests (CRs) , Execute workload migrations Provide potential hypercare support during and after the migration ] Requirements: Cloud, Azure, IaC, PowerShell, Azure Cli, Bicep, VMware Additionally: Sport Subscription, Private healthcare, International environment, Life insurance.
