Strong Upper-intermediate English (both written and verbal, minimum B2 level). 1+ year of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, ideally in outstaffing or staffing agencies. Proven experience sourcing candidates across multiple regions, including Europe, the USA, and LATAM. Familiarity with recruitment automation tools (Grinfi, PhantomBuster, etc.) would be a plus. Proactive and self-driven approach to recruitment. Ability to adapt quickly, stay flexible, and navigate shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. Eagerness to continuously learn, grow, and improve recruitment processes.
